Clean Curbside Etiquette

To help our drivers safely and efficiently empty your container, please follow these basic guidelines on your collection day:

Placement: Set your cart out by 5:30 AM on your scheduled service day, or the night before.
Position: Place the cart within 3 feet of the curb with the handle and wheels facing your home.
Clearance: Keep the cart at least 3 feet away from parked cars, mailboxes, trees, and other trash containers so our automated truck arms can safely reach it.
Containment: Ensure all trash is securely bagged and the cart lid is completely closed to prevent litter from blowing away.

Wow, as first time home owners, I never realized how good a garbage company this one was until we just moved outside of Brainerd! This company is kind, had great prices, wonderful communication, and they even would take the extra bags on the side of the can if we were a little over without charging an arm and a leg. They also sold the largest sizes for both garbage and recycling which fit our needs with multiple little kids. Calling their main office was easy and you can speak to an actual person on the phone, which makes things SO much more convenient and just personable / professional in my opinion in general when trying to set something up/ make a payment, ect.! Recommending them to all our family and friends who still live in the area. Now that we have a different garbage company set up with our new home, we miss this old one!
